Welcome to Astora Travels. By booking a travel package or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation. These terms govern your relationship with Astora Travels and are intended to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable travel experience.

1. Scope of Services

Astora Travels provides International as well as domestic tour and travel packages. Our services include transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, and other travel-related arrangements based on the package selected by the customer.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during the tour.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or customer support channels.
A minimum deposit (as specified per package) is required to confirm your booking.
Full payment must be completed within the time frame mentioned in your booking confirmation.

4. Prices and Inclusions

All package prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
Inclusions and exclusions for each tour will be clearly specified in the package details.
Any additional services not included in the package will be chargeable.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing or through our customer service team.
Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy specified at the time of booking.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after deduction of applicable charges.
No refunds will be made for unused services once the trip has commenced.

6. Changes by the Customer

Any changes to the booking (e.g., travel dates, destination, accommodation type) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
We reserve the right to decline requested changes if operationally unfeasible.

7. Changes or Cancellations by Astora Travels

Astora Travels reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, political unrest, or operational issues.
In such cases, we will offer an alternative tour of similar value or issue a partial refund, at our discretion.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that customers purchase travel insurance for coverage against unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or baggage loss. Astora Travels does not provide travel insurance.

9. Health and Safety

Customers must ensure they are physically fit to undertake the chosen tour.
Any pre-existing medical condition must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Customers are responsible for carrying prescribed medications and any required health documentation.

10. Conduct and Responsibility

Customers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the tour.
Astora Travels reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour for disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior without refund.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

While Astora Travels strives to deliver the best possible experience, we shall not be held liable for delays, loss, damage, injury, or any expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability, if any, is limited only to the amount paid for the package booked.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, strikes, pandemics, government regulations, or transport disruptions.

13. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Punjab & Haryana Court, India.
